What is an Axxess gift card?

Axxess gift cards can only be used to buy any item sold on shopaxxess.com You can buy gift cards for any amount between $20.00 and $100.00 from shopaxxess.com. When you purchase a gift card for your use, we will credit Your Account at shopaxxess.com with the amount purchased. You can e-mail a gift card to anyone in the world. If you've received a gift card and enter the claim code on an order or in Your Account at shopaxxess.com, we'll keep the balance in Your Account for use on future purchases.

Can I choose from custom or seasonal designs?

We do not have custom gift card designs at this time. We may have them available in the future.

How do I order a gift card?

Gift cards can only be ordered from http://www.shopaxxess.com.

You can buy the following gift cards through the Shopping Cart:

$20 Axxess Gift Card

$50 Axxess Gift Card

$75 Axxess Gift Card

$100 Axxess Gift Card

Paying for gift cards in your Shopping Cart: As with other gift card purchase options on shopaxxess.com, you cannot use Axxess gift cards to purchase new gift cards. When a gift card is in your Shopping Cart along with other items you wish to buy, any existing gift card balance on Your Account will only be applied to the purchase of eligible items and not to the gift card.

You will need to provide a credit card, debit card, or other valid payment method to pay for the order if you have gift cards in your shopping cart. If you have trouble applying a gift card balance to an order, please try removing the gift cards you wish to buy from the order and purchase them separately with a valid payment method.

Available shipping options: We do not ship gift cards at this time. When you purchase a gift card for your use, we will credit Your Account at shopaxxess.com with the amount purchased. You can e-mail a gift card to anyone in the world. If you've received a gift card and enter the claim code on an order or in Your Account at shopaxxess.com, we'll keep the balance in Your Account for use on future purchases.

Ordering Gift Cards

Gift cards are ordered from shopaxxess.com exactly the same way as you will order any other product. We'll send you e-mail confirmation once you have placed your order.

Can I e-mail a gift card to someone else?

Yes. When you purchase a gift card for your use, we will credit Your Account at shopaxxess.com with the amount purchased. You can e-mail a gift card to anyone in the world from inside the shopaxxess.com shopping cart. If you've received a gift card and enter the claim code on an order or in Your Account at shopaxxess.com, we'll keep the balance in Your Account for use on future purchases.

Can I buy Axxess gift cards at a store?

No. At this time we do not offer our gift cards at any stores. We plan to create more options in the future to make our gift cards available.

Can I order a large number of gift cards at once?

Sure! Please call our office at 1-866-795-5990 to discuss your ordering options.

Help! My gift card order didn't arrive.

Please login to your shopaxxess.com account to verify that Your Account has been credited. If the account has not been credited, please verify that your credit card has not been charged. If your credit card has not been charged, you may return to shopaxxess.com to place the order again. If you are still having problems with the order, please call us at 1-866-795-5990

Pre-Denominated Gift Cards

If you purchased pre-denominated gift cards through the Shopping Cart, you can view all order details in Your Account at shopaxxess.com

If your gift card order doesn't arrive, please contact us.

To reissue a gift card you purchased:

If for any reason you want a gift card you purchased reissued, please send an email to shop@axxessconsult.com. We'll contact you by e-mail once we have canceled the original gift card and issued a new one.

How do I use my gift card?

If you received a gift card via email it will contain a claim. If you have a plastic gift card the claim code is printed on the back of the card.

When you are ready to make a purchase at shopaxxess.com, you will be asked for the claim code during the checkout process. You will receive a credit equal to the amount on the gift card or in Your Account, toward the total cost of your purchase.

Can I use Axxess gift cards on other websites?

Not at this time. Axxess gift cards are only redeemable on shopaxxess.com

I accidentally deleted my gift card, can you send me another one?

Please contact us with the following information:

order number (if possible)
giver's name and recipient's name
physical or e-mail address to which the gift card was sent

We'll contact you by e-mail once we have canceled the original gift card and issued a new one.

I'm having trouble using my gift card to place an order. What am I doing wrong?

Are you receiving an error message that says the gift card has already been redeemed? Once you've entered the claim code on our site, we'll keep the balance in Your Account for use on future purchases, and you don't need to enter the claim code again.

To confirm that the funds are already on Your Account, check your current gift certificate balance through Your Account. If the funds don't show up there, and you are sure you ought to have a balance on your gift card, please send us an email at shop@axxessconsult.com

What happens to the rest of my gift card if I don't use it all at once?

Once you've entered the claim code on our site, we'll keep the balance in Your Account for use on future purchases, so you don't need to enter the claim code again when you place your next order. Please be aware that the original expiration date applies to any unused funds.

You should see the gift card funds reflected in the cost summary. If the funds don't show up there and your gift card hasn't expired, please contact us at shop@axxessconsult.com
